We have upgrade from 5.0.11 to something 6.0.x, because there is a HTTP-Bug (AIX) which will not be fixed in 5.0.-code stream.
So we asked which version we should take and get the following answer from IBM-Support (end of dec. 2003):
"- When we upgrade to R6, which version shall we upgrade to?
Answer : 6.0.3 is the latest release of Domino available and we considering the reports from Customers, is the best choice at this moment"
There was no statement to 6.5, so I asked and got the following from "Advisory SWE, Server Team, EMEA IBM SWG, Lotus Customer Support":
"Happy new year.
I wouldn't consider 6.5 for a production environment in the short term, it would require considerable testing taking into acount some reports in the areas you mention, 6.5.1 would be the release to go in that codestream at this moment"
